What Is Individual Skills Coaching?
This isn’t traditional therapy. It’s a focused, practical approach to building real-world skills you can apply in your day-to-day life. These 1:1 Telehealth sessions draw from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you manage emotions, navigate stress, and improve relationships.
